This lovely apartment lies in the heart of Estepona. It’s a perfect holiday let for a couple or a young family.

It has one bedroom and sleeps three comfortably. It can accomodate a fourth person on a put-me-up bed in the lounge.

The apartment's near the light house with fantastic views over the fishing harbour. It’s been tastefully decked out in Mediterranean colours by an interior designer.

Air conditioning will keep you cool in summer while central heating keeps you toasty in winter.

The fully fitted kitchen comes with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. It’s equiped with crockery, cutlery, saucepans.

With its great views over the harbour and pool area, guests find the lounge very relaxing. Kick back on the corner sofas and enjoy your favourite CD or watch a film on the DVD / video player.

Or sit up with friends around the table drinking rioja and talking late into the Mediterranean night!

The bedroom has a double and a single bed, with TV and video and more views of the lighthouse and pool area. A travel cot is available on request.

Basin, bidet, toilet and bath with shower. Towels are provided.

Just off the lounge there’s a sunny balcony. Enjoy breakfast overlooking the pool and watch the fishing boats returning to the harbour.

The balcony’s in the sun from mid-morning to late afternoon - perfect for a spot of sunbathing when you don’t feel like heading to the beach.

The pool is free to use and is open from 10am to 3pm and from 5pm through to 9pm. You may never need to leave the block!

The apartment has lifts and ramps for pushchairs and disabled access. Parking is available in the port and on nearby communities.

We provide a welcome pack, with food and drink, included in the cost of the rental. So whatever time of day or night you arrive, generous refreshments will be waiting for you.
